A recruiter helps find employees for their client. They also help candidates prepare for interviews, prepare resumes, cover letters, manage salary negotiation etc.

4.Presenting candidates

Recruiters talk to their clients about each of the shortlisted candidates.

They express both the soft and hard skills of the candidate along with his/her personality.

5.Client interview

A recruiter schedules interviews with candidates in slots that match the employer's schedule. This keeps the hiring process as short as possible.

 After the interview, the recruiter will collect feedback from both the client and the candidate. Recruiters give the candidates feedback so they know where they stand.

6.Job offer

A recruiter is involved in the job terms and salary negotiations between the selected candidate and the client. They also may be involved in the onboarding process and provide the first day details to the candidates.

7.Stay in contact
