There are many different types of appointments that companies use to attract the best employees. Not every job has the same requirements and every company has different requirements. Different types of recruitment methods can be used in the same type of business depending on the role and category.

Here are some of the different types of recruitments that executive search specialists follow:

There are basically two types of appointments: internal appointment and external appointment. Internal bases of employment refer to the staff internally assigned to the group. In other words, candidates seeking different positions are currently employed in the same company. Internal appointments are safe for a long time as there is no lengthy interview and onboarding process. The trouble is keeping everything close to home can withstand new ideas, innovations and diversity. When hiring teams, preliminary consideration should be given to employees currently working in the organization. It is an important resource for staff, which distributes opportunities for the development and utilization of resources within the organization. Infinite recruitment resources are the best and the best way to choose resources, because the organization first knows the performance of their work.

Re-employment of Ex-Employees is one of the internal resources of recruitment in which employees can be invited and recruited to fill the vacant posts. There are situations where former employees also submit unsolicited applications. For external appointments, the company should seek external resources for appointments from outside. External resources are of concern. External sources of recruitment - employment at the factory gate, advertising, job exchange, employment agencies, educational institutions, labour contractors, recommendations, etc. Promotion refers to developing a team of employees by evaluating their performance in the organization. It is the process of moving an employee from a lower position to a higher position with more work, pay, facilities and status. Most companies fill high vacancies internally with the promotion process.
