There are basically two types of appointments: internal appointment and external appointment. Internal bases of employment refer to the staff internally assigned to the group. In other words, candidates seeking different positions are currently employed in the same company. Internal appointments are safe for a long time as there is no lengthy interview and onboarding process. The trouble is keeping everything close to home can withstand new ideas, innovations and diversity.
