Almost every company that has more than a hundred employees follows a matrix management structure. In this structure, the powers are often distributed among several top-level executives to manage the firm in a good manner. These executives are like pillars of any company that monitor all the work of the company. The individuals in the executive position are very professional and experienced candidates, they work with several responsibilities of the company to cater to the demand and maintain a positive workflow.

The board members are often responsible for maintaining records of the company and formulate policies of the same. They also work with decision-making on the company's end and work with clients and shareholders to promote the success of the business. 1.   Chair or president

The secretary is responsible to attend all the board meetings and format the complete minutes of the meeting. They work along with the president and Vice President to carry out different jobs and maintain a good relationship among all the departments of work.


4.   Treasurer

The treasure is responsible to maintain all the financial requirements of the company. They carry out audits and budgeting according to the company's requirements.
